Instabright International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research is an open-access peer-reviewed international scholarly journal focusing on the fields of Education, Humanities, Social Sciences, Medicine, Science, Engineering, Tourism, Hospitality and Management, Linguistics, Information and Communication Technology, Business and others.
This journal aims to provide wider access to new researches in various disciplines of study to better understand the culture, education, social relations, business flows, tourism status, languages around the world, information technology and even paramedical information that would definitely make a brighter changes to the world.

IIJMR is envisioned to promote innovative ideas through scholarly articles to be published. It is freely accessible for everyone around the world, thus it will be of significant use to all researchers out there.

OPEN ACCESS POLICY
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

ARCHIVING
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.

 

USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) POLICY

  1. Purpose

This policy provides guidance on the responsible use of generative AI tools in the preparation, submission, review, and publication of manuscripts within the Instabright International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (IIJMR). It ensures academic integrity, transparency, and ethical standards in scholarly publishing.

 

  1. Scope

This policy applies to all authors, reviewers, editors, and contributors involved in any stage of submission, peer review, and publication under IIJMR.

 

  1. Acceptable Use of Generative AI

Authors may use generative AI tools for the following purposes with full transparency and accountability:

  • Language assistance (grammar, clarity, tone, structure)
  • Summarization or paraphrasing of author-written content
  • Idea generation or brainstorming (as inspiration, not direct copying)
  • Data visualization or basic code generation (for initial drafts)
  • Translation assistance

 

  1. Unacceptable Use of Generative AI

Generative AI must not be used to:

  • Fabricate, falsify, or manipulate research data, references, or findings
  • Generate entire articles or literature reviews without substantial human oversight
  • Mimic or impersonate human authorship
  • Plagiarize or reuse protected content without permission
  • Make confidential peer review decisions or comments
  1. Disclosure Requirements

Authors must disclose the use of generative AI tools in the manuscript's Acknowledgments or a designated Disclosure Statement. The following sample language may be used:

“Portions of this manuscript (e.g., language editing, grammar check) were assisted by generative AI tools such as [ChatGPT/OpenAI/Gemini/etc.], under the full supervision and responsibility of the authors.”

 

  1. Authorship and Accountability
  • AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
  • Human authors are fully responsible for all content generated using AI, including checking for accuracy, originality, and ethical compliance.
  • Any misuse or undisclosed reliance on AI may be considered a form of academic misconduct and may result in retraction, rejection, or disciplinary action.

 

  1. Reviewer and Editor Guidelines
  • Reviewers and editors must not use AI tools to input confidential manuscripts for review.
  • AI assistance may be used for grammar suggestions or summaries without sharing proprietary manuscript content.
  • Editorial decisions must be made by humans.

 

  1. Plagiarism and Detection

All submissions will be screened for both plagiarism and AI-generated content. IIJMR reserves the right to:

  • Request clarification regarding AI use
  • Reject manuscripts that violate this policy
  • Flag and report suspected misuse to the corresponding institutions

 

  1. Policy Review and Updates

This policy will be reviewed periodically to reflect evolving standards in academic publishing and AI technology.
